Our mission, our privilege, is to offer good food and entertainment, and good company in good spirits, locally, and through the internet to the world.

Inside an old slightly-renovated dance hall we've created a low-key, come-as-you-are family place, a coffeehouse atmosphere where you can enjoy a snack or light meal and good sounds -- a quiet hangout, good for study, reading and relaxation, playing games. Usually, a quiet, cultured hall for all ages, but we'll admit maybe we're not so cultured or sensitive-types-friendly during those loud weekend night rock shows....

Great beverages, gourmet delights, and fine light dining.

The cafe/ serves up an ever-growing menu of hot and cold beverages, delicious snacks, and unique fine light dining, a variety of baked goods and other prepared foods. We're a small operation and we don't have everything we can make on hand all the time, but with a little advance notice, anything on our menu can be ready for you. Dine here, carry out, phone in an order for lunch to pick up, or order by email; we ship anywhere.

A performance venue especially supporting area artists

The studio/ hosts an extraordinary variety of talented performers, a broad variety of musicians, avant-garde artists, poets, and performers have honored our stage. Tuesday evenings several talented and award-winning acoustic musicians have made us their regular home. Thursday afternoons have varied from poetry to cowboy-gospel to jazz-rock. Fridays and Saturdays, lots of rock 'n' rhythm, including the cream of both local young rockers and seasoned classic area rockers.
